The annual Vogue UA Conference is making a comeback in its traditional format—for the first time since the full-scale invasion began—to bring together top speakers and the biggest brands in fashion, beauty, and technology. Our goal is to discuss how you can adapt to the crisis and find inspiration, opportunities, and resources to sustain and grow your business.
Vogue Ukraine will once again bring together representatives of top domestic and global fashion, beauty, and tech companies, as well as designers, entrepreneurs, retailers, and creatives, to find answers to today's most pressing questions. In particular, Ukrainian designers Ivan Frolov and Katya Silchenko, as well as Gunia Project founders Maria Gavryliuk and Natalia Kamenska, will share their experiences on how to scale your brand on an international level and develop business in times of war. Jen Sidary, founder and CEO of online retailer Angel for Fashion, will talk about how to grow your company into an international business, and Yulia Svyrydenko, First Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Economy of Ukraine, will explain how to apply for business development grants and other government support. The event will open with an online address by Anna Wintour. The conference will also address the use of artificial intelligence and technological innovations in the fashion industry to build a sustainable business in the face of massive overproduction. For example, Shana Chu will share her experience of how brands can optimize their production processes using AI, and Tamara Leguía from WGSN, a fashion and lifestyle trend forecasting agency, will talk about next year's trends in terms of sustainability and AI.
"The editors of Vogue Ukraine are impressed by how leaders of the fashion industry are finding new opportunities to create and develop their businesses and scale them on the global level despite all the challenges brought by the Russian war against Ukraine. Ukrainian designers and brands are demonstrating incredible adaptability and perseverance, and we are all working together, united by a common goal of victory and support for those in need. Each story and experience is unique, truly inspiring, and worth sharing. That’s why we’re relaunching the Vogue UA Fashion & Business conference this fall, naming the first event symbolically, Today, to explore the best cases and innovative approaches: how the fashion business can influence and engage, create and evolve, be resilient and inventive in the face of uncertainty and incredible risks," says Julia Kostetska, publisher of Vogue Ukraine. "At Vogue UA Fashion & Business Today, we will address important issues concerning the biggest challenges facing the fashion industry today. We will focus on sustainability, adaptability, and innovation. On November 1, the Vogue Ukraine conference will bring together speakers from top fashion, beauty, and technology companies, as well as designers, entrepreneurs, retailers, creatives, and representatives of international companies and brands."
